Rachel began her career in pharmaceutical and medical practice management, where she spent more than 20 years as an owner-operator, leading clinical teams and improving patient outcomes. Her passion for healing extended beyond her business, as she served in leadership roles on healthcare boards and chaired major philanthropic initiatives — raising millions to support hospital expansions, wellness programs, and community education.
But Rachel’s deepest transformation came through personal experience. After navigating the heartbreak and isolation of betrayal trauma herself, she turned her pain into purpose — founding the Betrayal Trauma and Wellness Institute to help others heal. Today, she walks alongside women and families as they move through crisis, divorce, and identity rebuilding with courage and clarity.
